The high unemployment rate in South Africa exacerbates every part of the nation’s issues, contributing to widespread poverty, straining public finances, and pushing social inequality that burdens this country. Addressing this imperative issue will not only grow our economy but also build a more inclusive and prosperous society in which businesses and the next generations to come can thrive.
How
We’re tackling unemployment from all angles — not only by hosting three major events across three cities, but also by building South Africa’s newest job search website, to be launched in 2026. It will be a powerful platform for posting and finding jobs, designed to serve real people with real needs.
We have already rolled out several live solutions, including our revolutionary Field Merchandising System, which is helping businesses and job seekers connect more effectively.
And there’s more: we’re developing a first-of-its-kind project to streamline the interview process. Stay tuned for its unveiling at the Century Convention Centre in 2026.
Jobs Challenge 2026 | CPT | DBN | JHB
The first Jobs Challenge event will take place in Cape Town at the Century City Convention Centre from 06–11 April 2026 — a six-day experience open free of charge to all unemployed individuals and youth.

We are busy with an exciting new project alongside the Jobs Challenge to launch the most advanced userfriendly Job Search Site.
Alongside our Job Site we are also launching a product called videoCV that will be used on out Job Site but also be available for other recruitment sites.
