Jobs Challenge 2026

Cape Town 2026

6 April - 11 April | Century City Convention Centre

Why are we hosting the event

Our current unemployment crisis has reached over 50% and will continue to rise unless we do not take immediate action and start looking at how we as companies and government can start creating jobs

The Stats

Currently only 7 250 000 South Africans are contributing to Tax and that has to cover our population of over 65 Million people.

We currently have over 28 Million people reliant on SASSA.

Our current growth rate is 1.1 %

With these statistics we are in a serious situation that we need to change immediately.

How are we going to change our current job crisis?

We are inviting cities as well as companies and government to join us at the Jobs Challenge events that will take place in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.

We are inviting and challenging companies to look at ways and means of how we can change the way we do business and look at creating jobs.

Companies and cites will give an overview of how they are operating, what expansion plans, vision for 2030 and the current Jobs they have available and what Jobs will become available in the future.

The challenge will be to get as many companies and government behind the initiative to look at how we going to create as many jobs as possible.

We need to look at increasing our job opportunities by at least a million to 5 million positions by 2030.
