Welcome to Bluering Job Site

Revolutionary Revolution

A new revolutionary job site that will streamline the process for both candidates and employers. The current situation has made both Candidates and Employers frustrated during the recruitment process. Things need to change and we are using our own revolutionary technology that we have been working on for months.

Our job site will have rules and features that makes the recruitment a smooth pleasant process. This will not only help businesses with recruiting the best suited candidates or candidates find the right jobs, but it will help boost the economy overall.

We do not just target medium to large organizations; we are helping everyone from small startups to large organizations. This is important to South Africa’s economy. Not only will this help grow our nation’s economy, but it brings a much-needed relief from our our government unemployment funding. This will create a positive domino effect.

No Nonsense Approach

Some of our features below is crucial but exciting and beneficial for everyone.

  • All job postings must have a salary range. Why? Most of the world is doing this already and have done so for decades. It is a law that might be passed within the next few months in South Africa. Most importantly, candidates know exactly what they are applying for and no chance for businesses to offer minimal salaries for overvalued/qualified persons.

  • Candidates can post a profile and make it public if they choose.

  • Employers can search for candidates before posting a job publicly. Saving the business money.

  • Candidates who are actively looking for jobs and or have a public profile must have a video CV intro and interview questions answered.

  • Transparency and Privacy is our number one priority and a balancing act that we have perfected for all parties involved. Candidates can choose to hide their profile from certain companies. Companies can’t look at candidates without creating a job first.

  • Incentives for hiring youth and disabled persons.

We need your help

We are still in the development stage, but we need your help. Currently we are working with individuals living in homeless shelters and unemployed to help us get this of the ground and to get them employed.

We are hosting a Jobs Challenge event and convention centres in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban in 2026. This is where we will get unemployed signed up and get some of the top 100 companies involved from South Africa and internationally.

We will also use this opportunity to launch the site officially in 2026.
